Yakubu Jarma

Yakubu A. Jarma is a postdoctoral who joined the group in the last quarter of 2022. Yakubu A. Jarma has conducted research in membrane separation technology which includes i) membrane bioreactor (MBR), nanofiltration (NF) and reverse osmosis (RO) for water reclamation and reuse, ii) NF/RO membrane fouling minimization, iii) High recovery NF-RO and concentrate minimization, NF/RO concentrate valorization via electrodialysis (ED) and bipolar membrane electrodialysis (BMED). Yakubu A. Jarma currently work on i) Development and Characterization of high recovery Flexible Nanofiltration-RO (FLERO-NF), ii) Development of effective fouling mitigation strategy in FLERO-NF (NF/RO) and iii) Development of salt harvesting process for FLERO-NF concentrate.
