Corrections and Clarifications of Class Notes:

Maxwell element under constant strain rate - note that in the equation that corresponds to the Figure of the stress (sigma) versus strain (epsilon), the time variable on the exponential term should be replaced by epsilon (strain).
Please note that in the notes on free-radical polymerization (page 2). The minus sign in front of the term d(R-dot)/dt should be changed to a plus sign. (d[R-dot]/dt=2fk_d[I]-k_i[R-dot][M].
